Chapter 191
Chapter 191
The group headed to a restaurant for lunch, where whispers about Sharon’s identity spread like wildfire among the crew members,
Some claimed Sharon was tempting both Marvin and Patrick. They were both pursuing her. Others speculated she was a hidden heiress from a we family, making her acting debut. A few even suggested she was a film student who had slept her way into showbiz.
But no one guessed she was Marvin and Patrick’s sister.
Though rumors swirled, no one dared say anything to Sharon’s face or show her disrespect. The reason became clear the moment they entered the private dining room.
William offered the head seats to Marvin and Patrick. But instead of taking them, the two men pulled out chairs for Sharon. “Come sit here,” they said in unison.
Sharon even accepted it with natural ease as if this were completely normal. The rest of the group could only watch in shock, their curiosity about Sharon’s background growing by the minute.
What happened during the meal shocked everyone again.
“Try this. It’s their signature dish,” Marvin said, pushing a plate toward Sharon.
“This one is lighter if you prefer,” Patrick added, sliding another dish her way.
Sharon tasted both and nodded. “Not bad.”
Marvin immediately turned to a waiter. “Ask the head chef if he’d consider a career change.”
William nearly choked. He thought, ‘Is he seriously trying to poach the chef just because the girl said the food was not bad? This isn’t some drama plot. It’s real life!‘
Ella couldn’t hold back. “Mr. Marvin Vance, isn’t that a bit… excessive?” In her eyes, Sharon was nothing special.
Patrick’s gaze turned icy. “Do you have a problem with that?”
Marvin was even more blunt. “Who the hell asked you? Know your place.”
His sharp words reduced Ella to tears, instantly killing the mood in the room.
Ella sniffled, “I didn’t mean it like that, Mr. Marvin Vance.”
“Stop the waterworks. Get out right now,” Marvin snapped. “You’re ruining the mood.”
Ella bolted from the room, her manager scrambling after her. “Our apologies, Mr. Marvin Vance! She’s foolish.”
Marvin’s expression darkened, the familiar sneer returning. The crew finally understood. This was the real Marvin. That gentle version was only reserved for Sharon.
At that moment, everyone at the table felt a pang of envy towards Sharon.
Patrick broke the tension with a smile. “Eat up. My sister is filming her first scene this afternoon. Your guidance would be appreciated. Dinner is on me tonight.”
William jumped in first. “Oh, not at all. She’s a natural talent.”
Others chimed in eagerly, “Absolutely. With that stunning face, she’ll be a superstar.” If even A–list Ella got axed, the rest dared not risk offense. No matter who Sharon really was, one thing was certain–none of them could afford to offend her.

Sharon noted Ella’s hostility but kept eating calmly. It was her first acting experience this afternoon. She was looking forward to it
After lunch, Sharon followed Patrick to his private dressing room.
Patrick’s manager, Roman James, greeted her warmly. “The stylist is honored to work with you, Costumes are coming. Just enjoy it. Everyone is accommodating.”
“Thanks,” Sharon smiled.
Roman’s assistant was surprised, thinking, ‘Accommodating? William is notoriously harsh, and Patrick only respects raw talent. Why is Roman treating this girl like royalty? Could there be something behind her background?‘
When Roman stepped out to hurry the costume team, the assistant chased him down and asked, “Roman, who is that girl? What’s her deal?”
The assistant was curious, thinking, ‘Even if she were one of Marvin’s girlfriends, why would Patrick treat her like royalty?”
Roman cleared his throat. “Why so nosy? Just know that she’s someone we can’t possibly offend. Treat her with respect. That’s enough.”
The assistant was still puzzled.
