Everyone felt at case after Amelia spoke in a calm, soothing voice. It took less than half an hour to sell 1000 orders because she looked gorgeous. But it was just a drop in the ocean compared to the mountain of apples that needed to be sold.
Nemi’s face lit up with excitement as the orders came in. If they could keep this up for a week, all the apples would be gone.
Amelia stayed in front of the camera, patiently answering viewers‘ questions and reminding Nemi every once in a while, “Sort through these addresses. Cancel the orders if they’re not in cities close by. The apples only stay fresh for a short time. They’ll go bad if they are shipped too far.”
“Got it,” Nemi replied.
Even though it started to rain heavily outside, the two of them worked together without any problems. The sound of the rain could be heard inside the tent.
As midnight drew near, Amelia showed no signs of ending the stream. She only stopped to drink water a few times and kept broadcasting on an empty stomach.
Some people in the chat didn’t believe she was really in an orchard, so she picked up her phone and went outside the tent.
“I am in the orchard. I’ll walk around with a flashlight so you can see what the orchard looks like in this heavy rain. We might even see some fruit farmers who are keeping an eye out tonight.”
She grabbed a flashlight to head out, but Nemi looked worried. “It’s pouring out there, let me go with you.” “No need. You two keep sorting orders.”
A few hours earlier, the driver had joined them as well, so Nemi stayed behind.
Amelia walked out with the flashlight, continuing to answer viewers‘ questions. “It’s dark out here. After all, we’re in the mountains, it’s quite a distance from Willow District. I won’t be going back tonight. I’ll be streaming all night. Because of this rain, the harvest period will be even shorter. Thank you all for your orders. The fruit farmers will pack and ship them out tomorrow.”
The rain continued to pour, and people in the chat were worried about her safety and told her not to go too far.
But Amelia kept walking for half an hour, her tone calm and steady as ever. “The orchard is enormous, and with this weather, I won’t go any further.”
As soon as the words escaped her lips, she slipped and fell, her phone tumbling to the ground.
Her knee was scraped, and her palm was cut by a sharp stone, sending a jolt of pain through her. But sh didn’t have time to worry about that. She quickly picked up her phone and wiped it.
Luckily, her phone was fine, and viewers in chat urged her to go back.
“Sorry, I stumbled. I’m okay and heading back now. The rain is coming down hard tonight.”
A small stone was lodged on her knee, making her limp as she walked, but her voice remained steady.
“I’ve tasted the apples for everyone, and they’re really sweet, so you can buy them with confidence. We’re

working with the local government to sell through official channels, which really helps the fruit farmers.”
Her hair was wet, and her raincoat was ripped from the fall, but she still looked great on camera.
The viewers‘ attention quickly shifted.
“She isn’t wearing any makeup. She’s gorgeous!”
“Her appearance even outshines celebrities. She should debut as a star. She’d make way more than selling apples.”
Fine, I’ll buy! I have relatives near Sienna Valley. I’ll buy 45kg. They’ll have apples for a year.”
That comment set off a flood of messages.
“That’s right, I have relatives living near Sienna Valley too. They’re in for a treat.”
“You’re moving too slowly! I just bought my aunts, uncles, and grandma 45kg each. It’s not about the money. I just love talking to the streamer.”
Orders started pouring in even faster.
Amelia wiped the rain off her cheek and smiled. “Thank you all for the support.”
She slipped again right after she finished talking. This time, the stone embedded deeper into her knee, making her face go pale.
She clenched her teeth and didn’t say anything as she slowly raised her leg. “The tent is right in front. The camera shook a little, but I’m fine.”
When she returned to the tent, she continued to livestream the whole night. She was eating apples and answering viewers‘ questions.
Nemi was so tired that she fell asleep next to Amelia.
When Nemi woke up, it was already 10:00 am the next morning. She could still hear Amelia’s voice.
Nemi was stunned. “You didn’t sleep all night?”
Amelia nodded and pointed toward the order screen. “We’ve sold 28,000 kg.”
Half of the apples were sold in a single night! Nemi shot up from her chair, staring at the order screen in disbelief.
Nemi was at a loss for words, throwing her arms around Amelia’s shoulder. “You’re an amazing saleswoman!”
As long as the stream was live, Nemi never mentioned Amelia’s name on camera.
Amelia looked tired and pale. She hadn’t taken a break. Her clothes were wet and had dried on her. Her stomach hurt and felt full after eating apples all night. Amelia rubbed her eyes now that Nemi was awake.
