Chapter 132
Chapter 132
“No,” the administrator hurried to explain. “During training, everyone follows the same rules. Sharon just happened to arrive a little late.
Wallace’s face darkened. “Why didn’t you tell us about this situation earlier?”
“Exactly,” Marvin added. “If you had warned us, do you think we would have arrived this late?”
Sharon thought about why her brothers had shown up so late.
Before they left home, all eight brothers had gathered around her, each taking turns to give her advice and expressing how much they’d miss her now that she was staying at the academy.
With each brother saying his piece, they hadn’t finished until lunchtime. After eating, they finally hit the road, only to get stuck in traffic, which delayed them until now.
The administrator broke into a cold sweat. “This was our mistake. But I promise that after the orientation ends, we’ll arrange a room for Sharon with all the amenities usually reserved for the principal.”
Sharon smiled gently, “It’s really no problem.”
This Vance family daughter is so easygoing,‘ the administrator thought, on the verge of tears. ‘She’s absolutely adorable.
However, as they approached the girls‘ dormitory building, the dorm supervisor stepped forward. “Men are not allowed inside.”
Marvin immediately walked up to her. “Hey, miss, you look so young. What skincare products do you use?”
“Don’t–don’t think flattery will get you in,” she stammered.
Patrick stepped up next. “My sister’s starting school today. We just want to help her move her things upstairs.”
The supervisor immediately became flustered. “You–you’re Mr. Patrick Vance? The best actor?”
“That’s right,” Patrick smiled. “Would you like an autograph or a photo together?”
“I’ll get my notebook right away! Oh my goodness, I can’t believe I’m meeting Mr. Patrick Vance in person!” The dorm supervisor was instantly won over.
The administrator watching this display could only shake his head in disbelief. ‘Even the supposedly strict and impartial dorm supervisor has fallen under their spell,’ he thought. The eight Vance brothers were truly unstoppable.
Sharon successfully led her eight brothers straight to the top floor. The dorm was old and had no elevator. It was clear that the living conditions here were quite basic.
Her brothers frowned as they looked around. Wallace spoke up first, “Shari, why don’t you just live at home? We can drive you to school every day.”
“Seriously, these conditions are terrible,” another added.
Sharon remained calm. “Let’s follow the rules.”
‘If I lived at home, getting to the House of Obsidian would be nearly impossible,’ she thought. Though her brothers worried about her, she h mission to complete. She was determined to uncover the secrets of the House of Obsidian.
Since Sharon had made up her mind, the brothers couldn’t really continue to object.

When they reached the sixth floor, the dorm room door opened. As men, the eight brothers couldn’t properly enter, so Joan took Sharon’s belongings inside and helped make her bed.
The room was designed for four people, with only one empty bed remaining.
Chapter 132
When Sharon walked in, the three girls fell silent. They hadn’t expected their roommate to be the famous young lady of the Vance family
The atmosphere immediately turned awkward.
Joan efficiently made her bed and arranged her toiletries, looking at the cramped space with concern. I wonder if Ms. Vance can adjust to living here she thought.
Just as Sharon was about to greet everyone, the dorm supervisor appeared in the doorway. “Sharon, all the guidelines have been sent to your phone. Log into the school app to receive campus updates anytime.”
“Okay.” Sharon nodded. She turned to face her eight brothers. “I’ll walk you out.”
Richard nearly broke into tears. It was so hard to leave when Shari lived in these conditions and was unable to come home.
The eight handsome men descended the stairs together, drawing everyone’s attention.
Patrick’s fans in particular, hearing that the best actor had arrived, gathered outside the dormitory building, screaming and calling his name.
Seeing this, Sharon couldn’t help but smile faintly. ‘Looks like my brothers are really popular,’ she thought.
The fans were so enthusiastic that campus security eventually arrived to maintain order, finally allowing Sharon and her brothers to leave the campus grounds smoothly.
Standing at the entrance, Sharon waved goodbye. “See you next week.”
“Call us if anything happens,” Richard said.
“We’ve always got your back,” Wallace added. “Don’t be scared. If anyone bullies you, fight back.”
Marvin nodded firmly. “Even if you turn the world upside down, we’ll fix it for you.”
Joan’s eyes welled with tears. “The academy doesn’t allow servants. That’s so unfair! Will Ms. Vance be okay there all alone?”
Sharon nodded. “I’ll be fine.” After all, she was S–level. ‘Who could possibly beat me in a fight?‘ she thought.
The administrator cleared his throat. “Let’s go.”
Sharon didn’t move, and the eight men outside hadn’t left either. They were acting like this was some final farewell.
‘It’s just college,‘ the administrator thought. ‘Why are they being so dramatic?‘
Besides, Sharon had special treatment as the principal’s guest and was S–level ranked. Her fighting skills put her near the top of the entire school.
Others should worry about her bullying them, not the other way around.
Sharon finally turned decisively toward the academy, the smile fading from her face. Her eyes flashed with pride. ‘House of Obsidian, here I come.”
