Chapter 68
The guests looked on, speechless, thinking, ‘When others hear such praise, they usually respond with modest gratitude. Are you really that excellent? Can’t you even say thank you? They felt exhausted and envious.
The next second, someone spoke up. “But we’re curious about your relationship with Atlantis Hotel.”
Sharon remained calm, thinking, ‘What do these people want? What does it matter to them who the hotel belongs to?‘
Richard narrowed his eyes, looking at Shari. “With so many people here today, go meet some new friends.”
The main reason was that the upcoming conversation wasn’t suitable for Shari to be present. Sharon didn’t move. Wallace gently said, “We’ll come over
to you soon.”
Not wanting to put her brothers in a difficult position, Sharon obediently nodded and quietly moved to the side. Her eyes dimmed a bit as she looked at Joan. “Find out what they want to say to my brothers.”
“Yes, Ms. Vance,” Joan replied respectfully and left.
‘The party is crowded, but Ms. Vance has three formidable friends by her side. With Ms. Vance’s combat skills, most people wouldn’t be able to harm her. Ms. Vance was really cool today,‘ Joan thought to herself.
After Sharon left the protective circle of the eight Vance brothers, many eyes followed her movements, but no one approached.
Caesar, holding a wine glass and swirling the red wine inside, casually appeared beside Sharon. “Sharon, have you had enough of the spotlight today?”
She had created one surprise after another, embarrassing those around her. Everyone who had looked down on the eight Vance brothers was now shamelessly trying to get close.
Caesar, who prided himself on being the most arrogant, had met his match today.
“Being in the limelight wasn’t my intention. They brought it upon themselves,” Sharon said.
Caesar conceded defeat, shaking his head with a sigh.
A flicker of something deep crossed Sharon’s eyes as a middle–aged, man approached, carrying a briefcase under his arm. Rufus smiled and said, “Welcome to Oriston Academy. Sharon, you have a bright future ahead. I believe in you.”
“Thank you,” Sharon replied.
At that moment, Caesar suddenly remembered something. “Do you know Justin?”
“Who’s Justin?” Sharon asked.
“You don’t know my apprentice? He was eagerly asking me to pull some strings for you, to get you an invitation,” Rufus said. But Sharon had no idea who
Justin was. It was heartbreaking.
Sharon spoke up helplessly, “We never used our real names with each other.” That was why she didn’t know Zanker’s real name.
“I see. Well, I look forward to your joining us and hope to see you again at the academy.” Rufus suddenly became very formal, then, carrying his briefcase, he went to the dining area and began eating voraciously, his actions quite crude.
If they didn’t know that this man, who looked like a con artist, was the vice principal of Oriston Academy, they would have been tempted to have him
thrown out. He was too rude.
‘Is it that Oriston Academy pays so little that Mr. Miller looks like he hasn’t had enough to eat?‘ they thought. Everyone was puzzled but dared not ask the
reason.

Chapter 68
“Sharon, hello, I’m Margaret from the student council, and I’m in charge of guiding you through the enrollment process this time: Margaret took the initiative to extend her hand, remembering her task,
Sharon turned her face and saw this attractive woman with a good figure and delicate features, finding her quite challenging. She smiled slightly, “Hello Margaret.
Sharon’s hand reached out, and she subconsciously stroked the palm of Margaret’s hand.
In just a second, Sharon returned to normal, remembering her current image–a cute and innocent girl.
Margaret’s pupils dilated as she thought, ‘Did she just tease me?‘
