Chapter 41
Sam’s eyes Rashed with despair. He knew that if he couldn’t win Sharon’s forgiveness right now, he would be doomed.
Sharon glanced at the man behind Sam, who had remained silent the whole time, with his back straightened. With a faint traite, she said, “I want h
Greg’s head shot up, his eyes filled with a complicated look.
Wayne immediately signaled for someone to untie Greg. “Shari, even though there’s been a lot of misunderstandings between us, we’re still family t know Grandma and the others have gone too far this time. I’ll make it up to you.”
Sharon’s smirk only deepened. “I’ve said it before: debts have their owners, and grievances their cause. Apologize, and this will be over?
“Do we really have to make things so tense?” Wayne’s expression darkened. “I heard your brothers ventured into Lostara just to get you an invitation to Oriston Academy. If you’re willing to make peace, I can get you one.”
“Think it over and make up your mind before you come to me,” Sharon said. Without sparing Wayne another glance, she turned and walked away, thinking, ‘An invitation to Oriston Academy? As if I’d care.‘
Joan shook her head, thinking, ‘This man still has no idea who he has crossed. Ms. Vance isn’t just anyone.
‘He and his family couldn’t even do anything about the Atlantis Hotel. If they ever find out that Ms. Vance is the mysterious owner, would they be even
more remorseful?‘
Wayne’s face turned stormy in an instant. He refused to believe that he couldn’t solve the problem without Sharon.
Joan followed Sharon and asked, “Ms. Vance, what should we do with the man you kept?”
“Ask him if he’s willing to work for me. Give him time to think it over, and help protect his family. Oh, and return the coin to him,” Sharon replied.
She didn’t like getting involved in other people’s business, but that man was a good father and had potential.
Sharon returned to her bedroom upstairs. Trying on clothes was actually exhausting.
“Ms. Vance, there’s a call for you,” said Joan, who now managed everything for Sharon, including her private calls.
“Take it,” Sharon replied.
As she stretched, Cameron’s voice came through the phone. “The Race of Champions is in three days. You should go and have some fun. I heard Niko, the guy who set us up five years ago, will be there. Time to settle the score.”
“He’ll be there?” Sharon’s gaze sharpened instantly, and a cold smirk tugged at her lips. “Figure out a way to rig the track. I want that valley to be his grave.”
Five years ago, she suffered her first crushing defeat and lost three of her closest teammates in that cursed place.
She’d been devastated, searching secretly for five years without finding any clues. Any information related to that event had been completely sealed off.
But now, the man was walking right into her hands, and she would take his life.
“Got it. We won’t lose this time,” replied Cameron.
As Sharon reflected on her mistake from five years ago, her entire demeanor shifted–her once gentle eyes now blazed with unmasked odlust. She was determined to make sure that the man named Niko paid with his life.
“Ms. Vance, be careful. You might cut yourself with that glass,” Joan suddenly said. She had been holding her breath in fear as she watched Sharon

change into a different person.
She realized that Niko must have crossed Sharon so badly that Sharon, in her anger, crushed the glass she was holding
Snapping out of her thoughts, Sharon loosened her grip, letting the shards fall onto the table. She grabbed a tissue and wiped her hand Claan thG & Don’t let anyone notice.”
“You can trust me on this, Ms. Vance,” Joan replied. She had finally understood her role.
The closer she got to Sharon, the more she realized just how mysterious Sharon was. Not only was Sharon the owner of the Atlantis Hotel, but she also had multiple hidden identities.
Joan wished she could tell the whole world that Sharon was absolutely amazing.
Three days later, Sharon went out for a stroll, with Joan tagging along.
She planned to head to the Atlantis Hotet first, ditch
bodyguards her brothers had arranged, and then slip out through the hotel’s secret passage:
In a white dress with small daisies, Sharon stepped out of the car gracefully. Her long hair cascaded down to her waist, adorned with a cute hairpin,
From a distance, she looked like a well–behaved, rich girl. In the sunlight, she resembled a little angel who had descended from heaven.
As Sharon walked into the hotel lobby, she immediately caught the eyes of many, who began to whisper about who she was.
Soon, the general manager appeared, clearing the area and ushering the onlookers away. Standing respectfully beside Sharon, he said, “Ms. Vance, welcome to our hotel. You’re a Super VIP, so I will personally handle all your services.”
“Alright,” Sharon replied casually, as if it
were nothing out of the ordinary.
“Hey there, gorgeous, nice meeting you again.” Caesar walked over. His eyes lit up when he saw Sharon’s outfit. He couldn’t help but think she looked like a fairy who had wandered into the human world.
Sharon glanced up at him. “You’re from Oriston Academy?”
“That’s right. Why not consider joining my club? I promise you’ll get the best treatment. Our family handles the recommendation letters for Oriston Academy, so you wouldn’t need approval from the Vance family,” Caesar replied.
He was aware of the situation with Sharon’s family and knew that Roxanne probably wouldn’t write Sharon a recommendation letter.
Sharon’s lips curved into a faint smile. “No need.” She turned and headed straight for the exclusive passage.
Caesar tried to follow, but the general manager stopped him and said, “Mr. Caesar, please stop. That area is off–limits.”
Caesar tutted, and his eyes turned cold. “I’m a VIP here, too. But you are saying there are places in this hotel I can’t go?”
The general manager remained polite yet firm. “It’s the policy of the Atlantis Hotel. If you’re unwilling to follow the rules, you’re welcome to leave.”
Annoyed by those words, Caesar clenched his teeth and asked, “Why can she go? Isn’t her family blacklisted by your hotel?”
“Mr. Duncan, your information is outdated. Ms. Vance and her eight brothers are all super VIPs at our hotel now, enjoying numerous privileges.”
“Super VIP? Give me one of those cards, too.”
“I’m sorry, but they were a limited release. Our boss issued nine super VIP cards at once, and there probably won’t be any more,” the coolly before turning to follow Sharon into the exclusive passage.
Caesar didn’t move. He looked around and then said, “Fine, I won’t force my way in.”

The Atlantis Hotel had been able to stand strong because it had many high–ranking martial artists on its premises, revi dare to court trouble
Still, Caesar couldn’t shake the frustration gnawing at him. As someone who had always gotten whatever he wanted, being denied a card that on was a bitter pill to swallow.
He thought in anger, ‘First. Nick has the card, and then the gorgeous lady has it. And the worst part? They are engaged.
Sharon went straight to the top floor. As she walked in, she saw weapons scattered all over the floor. She raised an eyebrow. “Is the terrain survey done!
Cameron glanced up. “Almost. There are two vantage points at the canyon bend. Should we choose the left one or the right one?”
“The left,” Sharon replied. She casually picked up a weapon, her gaze turning sharp and arrogant, as though already imagining herself taking out her opponent. The thought alone made her blood boil with excitement.
Meanwhile, Nicholas had arrived at the secret base. He looked at Brent and asked, “How’s the setup going?” “How are the preparations coming along?”
“The canyon terrain’s been surveyed. There are two vantage points. Which one should we take, sir?” replied Brent.
Nicholas glanced at the screen and replied evenly, “The right one.”
He thought he had wiped out that organization five years ago, but it turned out some of its members were still alive. This time, he wasn’t going to show
any mercy.
