Sharon had never been in such an awkward situation. It felt exactly like sneaking out to a wild party in the middle of the light only to bomo re

She thought, Just my luck.
She quietly pulled her hand out of her pocket and tugged down her rolled up sleeves, instantly switching from a troublemaker vibe to a picture–perfe good kid.
Richard, dressed in a black suit, walked over slowly. “What are you doing here?”
The key thing was, this was an entertainment venue, and it was the VIP section.
Richard frowned. “Was it Marvin who brought you here?”
He thought, ‘Of course it had to be Marvin. When I get my hands on him, I’m gonna teach him a real lesson. How dare he bring Shari to a place like this.
Sharon cleared her throat. “No, I just came to play some laser tag with my friends, but I think we got lost.”
David and Jannie, standing behind her, were stunned. They thought, ‘Who is this sweet, innocent girl? Where’s the Solar Flare we know? Got lost? Seriously? Who’s buying that?‘
“Oh, you got lost? You scared me there for a second,” Richard said, breathing a sigh of relief.
David and Jannie thought, ‘He bought it? Seriously?‘
Richard added, “This isn’t a place you should be hanging around. Come with me. From now on, if you don’t have an adult with you, you’re not allowed to
sneak around. Got it?”
Richard was no fool. He didn’t believe for a second that they had simply gotten lost. In his mind, it was obvious they had snuck in for fun and just happened to get caught.
He sighed inwardly, thinking, ‘Great. My sister’s hitting her rebellious phase. What

about it? So stressful.
“Okay, Richard. I’m sorry,” Sharon said, immediately admitting fault, her tone sweet and sincere.
Behind her, David and Jannie stood frozen with blank stares. They thought, ‘Who am I? Where am I? Am I still dreaming?
‘Where the hell is the badass, untouchable Solar Flare? How did she turn into a sweet, innocent girl in a split second? That performance deserves an
Oscar.‘
Richard brought them to a private suite he had booked and looked at Sharon seriously. “I’ve got something to handle for a bit. Later, I’ll take you guys
around.
“Whatever you wanna play, go for it. Even if you lose money, no big deal. I’ve got you covered.”
He looked every bit the generous big brother.
After he left, a few staff members came by to drop off a mountain of food, then quietly slipped away.
Sharon finally let out a breath. “Thank goodness, we pulled it off.”
Her friends quickly checked the room. From a hidden corner, they fished out a tiny bug. “Boss, what do we do with this?” Jannie asked.
“Break it, then put it back exactly where you found it. Make sure there’s no trace. We can’t let Richard catch on,” Sharon instructed.

Girren thought about it. Sneaking out now was a no go. She had no clue when Richard would pap back in that she couldry mak

Back in the day, many people would constantly try to challenge her, and to avoid exposing her identity, she mostly participated remotely.
David said, “Looks like that’s the only option. But, boss, you said you’ve found your family was it that cool–looking dude just now? He looked very hell but talked to you super gently.”
Jannie chimed in, “Yeah, and he even said he’d let us do whatever we wanted and cover the bill. Why don’t I have a big brother like that?”
She thought, ‘Why are other people’s brothers so awesome, and mine just steals my
damn match?‘
David and Jannie were siblings.
Sharon rubbed her temples. “Exactly. So whatever you do, don’t spill anything in front of
Richard. It’ll just make him worry.”
David pulled out the tablet he carried everywhere and started connecting to Cameron Stein.
At that moment, the major bosses of the entertainment complex had arrived. There were three big players–Richard, the Pierce family, and Solar the Gambling King.
Richard met with the Pierce family. Nolan Pierce spoke up first, “If you hadn’t gone MIA for so long, we would’ve swallowed up Solar’s turf ages ago. So how are you planning to make up for the losses?”
“Nothing happened in the end, did it? If you’re so mad about it, we can just not work together,” Richard said, not giving a damn about that idiot.
He thought, ‘Sure, disappearing on them was a breach of contract, but hell, I’ve broken way bigger deals over the years. What’s one more?‘ Thick–skinned as ever, he didn’t feel the slightest bit guilty.
Nolan snorted, “Word is the Queen’s Fan Club is back. Their boss, Solar, is still alive. This time, Solar’s

Richard stayed quiet. That organization had always been elusive, and now that they were suddenly making a high–profile move, the pot. He had a gut feeling this time he was bound to lose.

Outside the gambling room, a crowd had gathered, all waiting for the queen herself, Solar, to show up. But instead, a skinny guy in a spade mask appeared and said, “Our boss can’t make it. Same rules as always–live stream only.”
“Stream it, whatever. The outcome’s gonna be the same,” the new Gambling King sneered. If he won tonight, his name would be everywhere.
Over the years, no matter how many games he won, people always said, “If Solar were still around, you wouldn’t stand a chance.”
Solar’s name had become his personal curse. Tonight, he was determined to break it.
Both sides sat down. Cameron was at the table, playing on Sharon’s behalf.
Meanwhile, Sharon watched the poker table on her tablet, her gaze cool and steady. “Push all the chips in. I’m kinda in a hurry,” she said confidently.
If Richard came back, the match would have to be cut short.
Without hesitation, Cameron shoved all the chips forward. “All in. One round to settle it.”
“Are you insane?” the new Gambling King blurted out, a flicker of panic flashing across his face. Today’s stakes were the ownership shares–worth

Cameron just smiled, “Sorry, our boss is an a tight schedule. She got a beauty appointment lined up. You know how it is with girts/
The new Gambling King thought darkly, ‘Know your ass. Who the hell gets this?
Behind the scenes, Sharon mused, ‘Better wrap this up before Richard finds out. I’m supposed to be the sweet, wall behaved little sister now!
What the new Gambling King didn’t realize was that he was about to set a new record–for the fastest loss in history.
