Chapter 148 Vincent Is My Husband?!
C Gets
Summer didn’t answer right away. Instead, she looked at me with a puzzled expression, like she was trying to piece something together.
After a long pause, realization flickered across her face.
“Oh, right,” she muttered, more to herself than to me. “I completely forgot–you lost your memory.”
She let out a short laugh–but it wasn’t just amused. It was edged with something sharper. “But seriously? You don’t remember Vincent at all? And the weirdest part? Since you forgot everything, you haven’t been anywhere near him. Instead, you’ve been glued to Ryan. What the hell is that about?”

Her eyes darkened. That smug smile twisted into something more personal. Possessive. “From now on, you keep your distance from Ryan.”
I froze
She leaned in, her gaze burning with certainty. “Gabrielle, listen closely. Ryan is the man I want. And I will have him.”
I let out a dry, incredulous laugh. “…Are you actually serious right now?”
She scoffed. “Dead serious.”
“So, that day at the mall–Ryan and I were shopping. You were following us, weren’t you?”
Summer didn’t even flinch. She nodded without hesitation. “Yep.”
She said it like it was the most normal thing in the world. “That’s how I tracked down your contact info. That’s how I found you–and why we’re having this little negotiation.”
I was speechless. This woman was disturbingly obsessed.
She looked me over like I was something she’d stepped in. “Honestly, I don’t see what’s so special
