Chapter 94 Kidnapped
Shivers ran down my spine as I thought about the last shooting incident,.
Brandon was dead. Nothing unusual had happened recently. And yet, this place was too quiet, too isolated. If something were to go wrong, I’d have no way to call for help.

When I came to, the salty sea breeze hit my face.. My limbs were bound, my body dangling in midair..
Waves crashed violently below me.
A scream ripped from my throat.
Panic surged through me as I realized–I was hanging off the side of a cruise ship.

Terror crashed over me like a tidal wave,

Claire shook her head frantically, her voice breaking, “I–I don’t know anything!”
Tears welled in her eyes, “I was walking home last night when someone knocked me out. When woke up, I was here.”
I narrowed my eyes in suspicion, but even more questions flooded my mind.
Who had kidnapped the two of us? What was their purpose? Who was orchestrating all of this?
Before I could process it, footsteps echoed across the deck.
Heavy. Slow. Approaching.
