“Who are you?” Alec’s voice was terribly gloomy as he questioned, “Let Kimberley answer the phone!”
There was a chuckle from the other end of the phone before answering, “My wife is changing clothes. Do you have something to tell me?”
“Wife?”
Alec was so angry that he laughed.
Great, she was getting more and more capable. She even found a man to piss him off.
He clutched the phone tightly and asked in a cold voice, “Where are you?”
The other party readily gave a hotel address.
Alec hung up the phone directly, his whole body filled with anger.
Great! Kimberley, that time she really stepped on his bottom line.
He had to teach her a lesson so that she would never dare to do it again.

Phoebe really prepared a modern wedding according to my wishes.

When he was about to leave, Alec, in a suit, suddenly stood in the middle of the red carpet with a
sullen face.
‘Kimberley, today is the day I promised to go home. I postponed Edwina’s prenatal checkup, bought flowers and gifts. This is how you treat me?!”
He stared at Phoebe’s hand around my waist and added, “I don’t care about your mischief these past few days, nor will I pursue the matter of you bullying Edwina. Come here now, I can pretend
hat nothing happened today.”

Alec suddenly shouted, “Kimberley, don’t go too far!”
Phoebe gently put me down and slowly straightened his sleeves. The next second, he suddenly bunched Alec.
Alec staggered back, blood immediately flowing out of his nose.
He wiped the blood, roared and tried to rush forward, but the security guard who arrived in time held his arm.
Alec was held by the security guards and could not move. He could only glare at Phoebe fiercely and yelled, “If you dare, challenge me in a one–on–one fight! What kind of man is it to ask for

help?”
Phoebe’sneered, “I am happy, what’s your business?”
He pointed at my face and said, “This punch is for Kimberley. She hasn’t fully recovered from the injury she got deliberately tripped by your ‘good sibling‘ that day.”
I touched my cheek unconsciously, but the thick foundation could not hide the scar.
Alec looked over at me, his face full of sarcasm as he said, “Kimberley, you’re still complaining? You blamed Edwina for your fall. Are you a three–year–old child? You don’t even have this little bit of responsibility.”
To that day, he still believed I was lying.
Looking at his sarcastic expression, I suddenly could not figure out why I loved him all these
years.
The endless belittlement and denial almost made me completely lose myself.
“Alec, I don’t want to talk about what happened that day anymore. It doesn’t matter whether you believe me or not,” I said calmly.
Then I added, “If I remember correctly, I have already mentioned breaking up with you. I know you like Edwina, she understands you, you have a common language and you can play together. I understand all of this.
“I choose to fulfill your wishes and give up my position.
“I will say congratulations first, since you don’t need to invite me to your wedding. It’s best if we never contact each other again.”
Alec looked stunned, then he put on his lecturing attitude again, “Kimberley, what nonsense are you talking about? Edwina is my sibling! I, Alec, have only loved one person in my life and that’s you, Kimberley.
“No matter how stupid you are, you should be able to feel my love. Why are you acting crazy
now?”
Only like me?
But his preference was clearly given to Edwina.
