Aurora’s disappearance shocked New York’s elite social dres

A soft knock interrupted his thoughts as Leo, his waistant, entered with a troubled expression.

“Miss Sinclair appears to have planned her departure well in advance, sir. The police report shows she canceled her social security number and driver’s license days ago. And, this arrived for you.”

Nathaniel massaged his temples, fighting back a wave of nausea. He extended his hand toward Leo

“Give 2 in me.” he said, his voice barely recognizable.

Leo quickly handed over the sealed package[]

As he prepared to leave, reticis burst in on her five inch ales, roughly shoving Leo aside.

“Kate, what’s that? Let me seet]

Felicia snatched the package before Nathaniel could stop her, tearing it open ingintiently]

Inside were two hand drawn documents: a marriage certificate and divorce papers]

She moved to toss them into the trash, but Nathandel violently pushed her away, sending her crashing into the corner of his desk

Nathaniel frantically retrieved the papers from the track, handling them as if they were priceless artifacts:||
